What to include
The more of this you can share, the more useful our first reply will be. If you only have a site and a budget, send that; early is better.
- 01 Project address and building type
- 02 Drawings or a program: schematic, design development or construction documents
- 03 Approximate gross square footage
- 04 Budget range and how the project is financed
- 05 Target start and occupancy dates
- 06 Preferred delivery method, if you have one: CM at Risk, Design-Build or hard-bid
Before you write
Will you sign an NDA before reviewing drawings?
Yes. Send your NDA with your first email and we will return it signed before you share confidential documents.
Is there a charge for the first review?
No. The initial reply and delivery method recommendation are free. Formal preconstruction services are priced as a fixed fee, described on our services page.
Can you bid on a project already out for hard bid?
Yes, if bid day allows enough time for subcontractor pricing. Send the bid documents and due date and we will confirm within three business days whether we can submit.
